Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in the room. Motel was on a major highway, but rooms were set back on the property and was very quiet. Motel had a pool that looked to be clean and well maintained.

Facility was very old and owners should consider remodeling and updating rooms.

The price and friendly but professional front desk

No ashtray is smoking room. Toilet tank took hours to fill up. Microwave was missing glass tray. Two lights above bed has only one light bulb. Electrical cord had black electric tape wrapped around it.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, a dated feel - place was an old Howard Johnson'S. Decent for the price.

Location was most important for me. The two front desk personnel (evening and morning) were excellent! Very friendly and helpful with directions and other questions.

Good value, friendly staff both in and around the buildings, convenient and good restaurant very nearby.

I am very disappointed with the hotel, the pool was out of service, the room stank, the bed make me have back pain, i get there with my 9 year old son beacause of the pool, and when i did the reservation online, nobody tell me that the pool was out of service, i ask for a discount or something for the disadvantage, and reception say nooo! I do not return more.

Clean, hvac, fridge, microwave, safe, clean. Did nopt expect to be as pleased as I was as I am a Hyatt Gold Passport, Hilton Honors and Marriot rewards member but, this time I paid and not the co. Thank you

I was looking for an iexpensive location near where I was working and Stay Plus Inn was the best.

Procsimmity to business event, fridge, micro and coffee pot in room were not advertised on web site.

Internet was not available in my room, no food near by.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly. The room was very functional and I found it more than adequate for a reasonable price. There was a cold fridge, microwave, ironing board, desk and table. We found the beds comfortable and sheets clean. A nice stay.

Quiet. Bed was comfortable. Good lighting. In spite of all my negative comments, it is a good choice for someone like a birder who is out all day and just needs sleeping quarters. This is not a good option for a family vacation.

Desk clerk lied, saying that no ground floor rooms were available when obviously there were. Room smelled of mothballs first day. Had to continually run bathroom exhaust to get rid of it. No internet signal in room in spite of advertisements to the contrary. Bathroom fixtures functional but in bad need of replacement.

It was available when we couldn't find a hotel in Orlando. It wouldn't be a first choice for us but as nothing else was available we had no choice. It's about a 45 min drive from downtown Disney. It was clean and the staff friendly. It is quite dated but for the money a good value
